The president of the Segura basin, Charo Quesada, has praised the management of the irrigation water that made the Campo de Cartagena, which has scarce resources to develop one of the most competitive agricultural sectors across the country.
Quesada made the remarks during the gala of the celebrations of the deputation of Pozo Estrecho Cartagena, where he handed the Golden Plow award to the farmer of the year, Juan Marín Soto.
