In the afternoon of 27th in the Hotel Las Gaviotas La Manga del Mar Menor IV began the Golden Days of Peace Messenger of Murcia, which take place today Friday 28th May with the title of the fragility Approach in Gerontology, Interdisciplinary Team as an essential tool.
At the inauguration were the Minister of Social Policy, Joaquín Bascuñana and Social Care Councillor of the City of Cartagena, Antonio Calderon.
The conference is coordinated by Agustín García Belz, CEO of the Messengers of Peace of Murcia, where he first meets the Mediterranean Gerontology Group.
The conference will offer one more year, studies and experiences of professionals and researchers who will discuss means of conferences, workshops and roundtables their studies and knowledge to improve the professionalized care for elders, addressing topics such as: Interdisciplinary Approach Fragility , geriatric assessment, interdisciplinary approach of Dementia in Nursing Homes, neuropsychological disorders in the elderly, Family Intervention Residential.
During these days, medical, geriatric specialists, psychiatrists, nurses, physiotherapists, carers, psychologists and social workers participate in one of the most important professional events in the region, dealing with people living in the nursing home or Older their illnesses, their hospitality and care mainly.
