The Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, presided this afternoon at the Palacio delivery Hall plaques of appreciation for services provided to 15 officers who have retired or died during this year.
The act has been framed within the celebration of Santa Rita, patron saint of civil servants in the City of Cartagena.
With a simple and emotional speech, the mayor thanked the commitment and dedication of staff throughout his career, and has invited them to keep coming to this home has been for many years.
